- Initially, press the F11 key with the course window open.
This removes the frame of the browser, displaying more of the screen’s active area. To restore your browser’s frame, press F11 again. - The majority of courses are designed to run at a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. Ensure you are not running the course at a lower resolution. If you are using a netbook or a laptop to access the course, you may encounter this issue.
- Make sure that you are not above the 100% zoom setting for your browser. The majority of browsers allow you to change this setting by holding down the ‘Ctrl’ key and press ‘-‘ to zoom out of your browser window.
